Building a No-Dig Bed!!

Today was physical.

The no-dig bed is a cake of green (plant material) and brown (manure) tasty layers making a growing space that is really light and full of slow-release nutrients. Once you’ve sweated away to build it, the practice is to never dig it again- just sow directly into the topsoil and cover any weeds over with more compost or straw.

So our recipe goes— 1, first add a bit of wood to hold the water and slowly break down-releasing goodness. 2, Next some Straw
